To maintain the optimum level of performance and protection for your Mercedes-Benz, our "Comprehensive Maintenance" Plan provides the most comprehensive and professional maintenance service to you.
Once you join the plan, you can enjoy the highest level of maintenance and repair services at any of our Zung Fu Service Centres in Macau. All regular maintenance and repairs with only a few exceptions are included for maintenance / repair services from the 1st to the 24th month since the date of first registration or up to a total mileage of 40,000 kilometres from the date of first registration, whichever comes first.
In order to preserve the outstanding quality of your vehicle's performance, only top grade Shell lubricants oil can be used in our service centres. All spare parts we use are directly from Mercedes-Benz in Germany and all our mechanics are well trained professionals who are constantly updated on the latest technological developments of Mercedes-Benz.

Why should I join the "Comprehensive Maintenance" plan? |

New Mercedes-Benz passenger car sold by Zung Fu will be granted a 2-year warranty period starting from the date of first registration (normal maintenance services and wear & tear items are not included), provided that the vehicle is regularly serviced and maintained by Zung Fu. If the vehicle is maintained or repaired by an unauthorized workshop, the 2-year factory warranty may be affected or terminated without at Mercedes-Benz's sole discretion.
The "Comprehensive Maintenance" plan ensures your Mercedes-Benz can be regularly maintained (and practically all wear & tear items are included) for 24 months starting from the 1st month or up to a total mileage of 40,000 kilometres from the date of first registration. At the same time, you can enjoy this valuable 2-year warranty after first registration. |

Under this plan, there is no need to pay for changing spark plugs or light bulb, at any of the Zung Fu Service Centres. Even wear & tear items such as brake pads, brake discs, air and fuel filters etc. are covered in the plan as well. |

What happens after the second year? |

The "Comprehensive Maintenance" plan operates for 24 months starting from the 1st month or up to a total mileage of 40,000 kilometres from the date of first registration in tandem with the 2-year warranty. In the third year you will have to pay for maintenance, replacement of wear & tear items and any other mechanical/electrical repairs to the vehicle.
In order to enjoy complete peace of mind and protection for a warranty period and maintenance/repair services extended to the third year, we recommend that you join our "Prestige Maintenance" plan which offers even better value for one up front payment. |

Items not covered include tyres, battery, glass, interior and exterior trimming, accident repairs, body and paint rectification, towing and associated charges. Damage due to theft, vandalism, driver abuse, long and improper storage and use of modified or non-Mercedes-Benz components with improper installation are not covered in the plan.
Admission to the "Comprehensive Maintenance" Plan
New Mercedes-Benz passenger cars sold by Zung Fu with good mechanical condition will be qualified instantly. Special terms will be granted on work required to qualify your Mercedes-Benz for inclusion in the plan.
Transfer Privilege
If you sell your Mercedes-Benz, the "Comprehensive Maintenance" plan can be transferred to the new owner subject to inspection by Zung Fu and provision of appropriate documentation. Call us at 2883 1283 or any of the following service centres to sign up for the "Comprehensive Maintenance" plan.
