Luminous surfaces on the dashboard, lit by LEDs, provide a pleasant lighting ambience when driving at night, generating a unique climate. The lighting can remain on during the drive – without interfering with the driver’s vision.

Apart from the newly-designed seats and the instrument cluster in tube-style design with 3-D scale graduation, what catches the eye particularly are the two-tone leather upholstery. They underscore the intention to show something special in every detail of the GL. Multicontour seats, standard equipment in the V8 models, additionally increase seating comfort and lateral support.
