Relaxation and sportiness are combined in the seats in the new E-Class Coupé. The front seats are ergonomically designed and come equipped as standard with crash-responsive head restraints. Their design provides optimum support to the driver and front passenger even when a dynamic driving style is employed, and in addition the height and backrest come standard with electric settings. The passengers in the back seats enjoy comfortable upholstery with individual seat design and integral head restraints. There is an open stowage compartment between the rear seats along with a double cup holder under a rolling cover.

With the optional climatised seats the front seats are actively ventilated and heated. If you decide on the optional multicontour seats, in addition to ventilation and heating you’ll enjoy the inflatable air chambers which allow a perfect adjustment of the seat to your sporty and orthopaedic needs. A lumbar support with two air chambers in the back area, a chamber in the seat side bolsters of the backrest plus a chamber for extending the seat cushion length are integrated for this purpose.

The memory package available as an option improves comfort even further as you can use it to automatically adjust the electrically operated seats, including 4-way lumbar support, and the steering column and exterior mirrors to the driver’s settings.
