The Star-Class Pleasure Of A Test Drive
Mercedes-Benz has always been known for its sense of class and style, and a recent event combining a wine-tasting with a chance to view Mercedes-Benz elite vehicles up-close only emphasized this furthers.

The wine-tasting event was held at Crown Wine Cellars, Shouson Hill in Hong Kong. More than 40 guests were invited to enjoy the double pleasure of wine tasting and, appreciating Mercedes-Benz finest vehicles.

Chauffeur-driven experience on the flagship luxurious S-Class were offered to some distinguished guests on the night. The models of SL 63 AMG, C 63 AMG, SLK 55 AMG and CL 500 were on display. Before the wine tasting began, guests were invited to test drive the cars and to enjoy their high performance, safety and comfort features.

Unique Touch
Of all the Mercedes-Benz series on hand, the AMG received the most attention. Such a distinction may be at least partly attributable to the fact that each and every high performance engine is hand-built by a single engineer from the AMG factory. The "One Man, One Engine" philosophy ensures that the highest quality and competence is maintained throughout the production process. Each car has a plate attached to it, signed by the engineer in charge, which adds to its uniqueness.

Super Mobility
Also attracting attention were the SL 63 AMG and SLK 55 AMG, models which push the maneuverability of a high performance open-top sports car to a higher level, and are capable of a super-strong power most drivers have never experienced before.

The Paragon Of A Great Master
Slender and smooth, the CL 500 sport coupe comes with an elegant charm. Even when it is not on the move, the power of this vehicle still comes across in its handsome appearance. All of its features are high caliber - particularly its 7G-TRONIC transmission system and V8 engine, which needs only 5.4 seconds to accelerate from 0 to100km/h.

After examining the showcased models and taking them for a spin, party guests eagerly enquired about features of the cars, and praised their outstanding performances.
