Key Advice For C-Class Owners
Learning From Expert INSTRUCTORs At Special Workshop

New owners of Mercedes-Benz C-Class vehicles where able to get the benefit of expert technical advice at a recent workshop, which took the theme of "Driving at its Best".

The seminar, organised by Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong and Zung Fu, was designed to pass on key information to owners, most of whom had taken recent delivery of their C-Class models. It allowed participants to experience the fantastic after-sales service that is part and parcel of acquiring a Mercedes-Benz model from Zung Fu.

The afternoon event began with a run-through of features that the C-Class models share. Participants were particularly interested in the blue-tooth communication and remote key functions, two of the many advanced engineering advances that are incorporated into this Mercedes-Benz range.

Service Scope
The C-Class owners also learned about the Mercedes-Benz Service Centre and its service scope, including customised procedures for repairing and maintaining their vehicles that take account of model, age and mileage.

A detailed explanation was given of the difference between maintenance service and warranty and the different maintenance contract services offered by Zung Fu that include Prestige, Comprehensive and Annual, tailored to the individual needs of C-Class owners.

By conducting the workshop, organisers aim to broaden the participants' perception of after-sales service and to strengthen day-to-day operational skills. It ultimately helps Mercedes-Benz owners become better, and more informed, drivers who have a greater understanding of the way their vehicles work, allowing them to maximise performance.

Valuable Feedback
The customer workshops are also intended to be a relaxed and informal way of getting to know owners, with the twin aim of passing on knowledge and for Zung Fu staff to gain valuable feedback that allows constant improvement. To ensure a convivial environment, afternoon tea was served, and a souvenir gift of T-shirt and car-care items given to all those who attended.

Events such as this will continue to be held by Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong and Zung Fu. Such get-togethers emphasise that when people purchase a Mercedes-Benz, they are not only acquiring some of the best engineered and safest vehicles on the road, they are also buying into an entire motoring culture, with a long and distinguished pedigree.
